Arcadis is looking to hire a Program Manager – Mobility to support multi-phase mobility and transportation programs, overseeing the full lifecycle of high-impact projects—spanning roadway, transit, and multimodal initiatives. This role ensures efficient project delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a history of successful public infrastructure delivery, and preferably, direct experience with FDOT projects and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, or any related field.
Deep knowledge of transportation policies.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including public communications and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement program roadmaps, strategic priorities, risk management plans, and key performance indicators aligned with agency goals.
Engage and coordinate with DOT officials, local governments, transit agencies, engineering consultants, contractors, public utilities, and community leaders.
Facilitate public meetings, hearings, and community outreach to engage stakeholders regarding mobility projects.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Prepare executive summaries, board presentations, and public-facing reports; maintain program dashboards and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
