About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Program Manager – Mobility to support multi-phase mobility and transportation programs. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of high-impact projects, including roadway, transit, and multimodal initiatives. The position is responsible for ensuring efficient project delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a proven track record in public infrastructure delivery, and ideally, direct experience with FDOT projects and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, or any related field.
Deep knowledge of transportation policies.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including public communications and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement program roadmaps, strategic priorities, risk management plans, and key performance indicators aligned with agency goals.
Engage and coordinate with DOT officials, local governments, transit agencies, engineering consultants, contractors, public utilities, and community leaders.
Facilitate public meetings, hearings, and community outreach to engage stakeholders regarding mobility projects.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Prepare executive summaries, board presentations, and public-facing reports; maintain program dashboards and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
