As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Deputy Construction Superintendent to join our team.

Requirements

• Progressively responsible, general construction experience.
• Two plus years in a supervisory or foreman of construction role.
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial and civil construction methods.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and safe construction practices.
• Administrative construction knowledge such as daily situation reports, daily construction reports, safety documentation, project scheduling and progress documentation.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Person required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules, risks and opportunities across the various development efforts.
• Use technical knowledge to read and interpret Construction drawings, Specifications, and shop drawings.
• Communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
