As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Deputy Construction Superintendent to join our team.

Requirements

• Have progressively responsible, general construction experience.
• Two plus years in a supervisory or foreman of construction role.
• Have knowledge of commercial, industrial and civil construction methods.
• Be familiar with OSHA safety regulations and safe construction practices.
• Have administrative construction knowledge such as daily situation reports, daily construction reports, safety documentation, project scheduling and progress documentation.
• Have knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Person required.
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules, risks and opportunities across the various development efforts.
• Use technical knowledge to read and interpret Construction drawings, Specifications, and shop drawings.
• Communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Candidates will be working in explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments.
