About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Construction Superintendent to run the field on a gigawatt-scale data center build. This role involves sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production against the plan. The ideal candidate will walk the job daily to clear blockers such as RFIs, materials, access, and inspections before crews experience delays. A key aspect of this role is enforcing quality and safety standards directly at the workface, not from an office trailer. Additionally, the Construction Superintendent will coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure systems complete in the order required for startup, rather than solely based on construction preferences. Fluidstack is focused on delivering gigawatts of compute infrastructure faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack from power acquisition to data center operation. Requirements

Superintended heavy industrial or mission critical construction and hit the dates.
Sequence trades in your head and spot a clash before it costs a day.
Inspectors and foremen both respect you, for different reasons.
Closed out punch lists that stayed closed.
Will travel and live where the work is.
