About The Position

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking an Depot Configuration Specialist to support our Depot team. DMI is the leading provider of mobile enterprise solutions and services, experiencing dramatic growth and an expanding client base. The Depot Configuration Specialist will be a critical member of the team, ensuring the day-to-day shipping operations in the office run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have an interest in shipping and logistics and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent work experience
Working knowledge and experience using smartphones and/or tablets
Regular and reliable attendance
Ability to work overtime to complete projects as needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Multitasking skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to utilize critical thinking to complete tasks
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs

Responsibilities

Assist the shipping department with daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving boxes, verifying box count, sorting and dispersing packages, packing devices securely, and ensuring devices are prepped and ready to ship.
Verify shipping information, create shipping labels, and add labels to packed cartons.
Accurately assemble and install sim cards and batteries to devices as required.
Configure mobile devices based on customer specifications.
Perform ad-hoc assignments and project work as needed, including asset tagging, counting, or performing quality checks of inventory.
