Deposit Ops Representative I

About The Position
As a Deposit Ops Rep, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to: maintenance & keying of all Deposit Applications & Safe Deposit Boxes.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel & Word
- Great organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Review new accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Perform maintenance on existing accounts, including: Address changes, Account information changes, Account messages, Customer information updates/changes
- Review and process account and customer documentation
- Provide support to internal personnel
- Review and check stop payments, AFTs, and holds
- Key and process daily CD/IRA transactions
- Review various daily reports
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that permits to Deposit Operations
