Deposit Operations Specialist
About The Position
As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you will provide operational support for Cash Management RDC, mobile banking, online banking, and Bill Pay services. Your role involves facilitating ACH transactions in compliance with BSNB and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting potentially fraudulent activity to safeguard customer accounts. This position requires the ability to work independently to meet daily deadlines, while also collaborating as part of a team to achieve department goals and serve customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' banking operations experience
- Demonstrated experience identifying and reporting fraud
- Minimum of two years' prior customer service experience
- Associate's degree

Responsibilities
