About The Position

C&N is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist I with a primary focus on deposit and payment processing and digital banking support. In this role, you will process and monitor ACH files and wire transfers while supporting consumer and business digital banking services, including Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay. You will also research issues, complete reconciliations, and provide support to customers and branch teammates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, troubleshooting problems, and learning banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor ACH files, wire transfers, account activity, and other deposit-related transactions accurately and within established timeframes.
• Support consumer and business digital banking products, including enrollments, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, reporting, reconciliations, and troubleshooting.
• Research transaction, account, and digital banking issues; resolve discrepancies; and provide timely support to customers and branch teammates.
• Assist with additional Deposit Operations functions and maintain working knowledge of the department’s products, systems, policies, and procedures.
