About The Position

This role is responsible for providing operational and customer service support for a variety of banking operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Review and balance bancontrol and general ledger accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Process daily deposit of unposted items
  • Maintenance of customer and/or employee records
  • Monitor and fulfill CRM events
  • Processing and/or reviewing FED adjustments
  • Distribute and process mail in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Processing and/or reviewing Verification Of Deposits
  • Processing and/or reviewing Asset and Social Security Verifications
  • Processing and/or reviewing mail-in deposits
  • Processing and completing needed adjustments to the ATM File
  • Review and balance Branch Capture items
  • Processing and/or reviewing daily callbacks.
  • Responsible for reviewing various department reports and identifying/resolving issues
  • Other duties as assigned.
