The Deposit Operations Department is responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to our Members. Deposit Operations handles all aspects of ensuring our members' transactions are processed timely, accurately and in accordance with the regulatory requirements for all payment channels. In addition the department provides support for all products and services offered including our digital channels and Cash Management Services. The Deposit Operations Analyst handles several critical aspects of transaction processing including ACH file management and reclamations, domestic and international wire transfers, remote deposits, Debit/ATM support and processing and shared drafts. This person will interface with members as required, and will work with the BSA team to ensure OFAC compliance for wire and ACH transactions, while providing quality member service and satisfaction in accordance with the credit union's policies, procedures, and philosophy.
