This role is an in-office position requiring working in the office five days per week in one of the listed locations. The Deposit Initiative Manager leads end-to-end delivery of strategic deposit and debit initiatives across Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB), ensuring alignment to growth, modernization, and client experience objectives while driving execution across product, technology, operations, and risk. This role provides support to strengthen the operating model across a single business line spanning 10M accounts, $160B balance, and 50+ deposit products. The manager will leverage a working knowledge of multiple banking systems to lead projects including the analysis of the issue, develop short and long-term plans, and consult on policies, processes, and practices for the resolution of issues for personal and small business deposit and debit card products, including supporting and managing regulatory and legislative projects on an ongoing basis.
