Deployment Strategist
About The Position
From day one, you will step into the operating environment of the businesses we acquire and act like a founder. You will learn how the business works, identify the biggest opportunities for change, and design the systems, workflows, and AI tooling that will redefine how the company operates. It’s a hands-on, high-ownership role where the mandate is simple: build better companies with applied AI. As Sequence grows, this role expands into shaping how entire verticals should operate on Sequence’s technology platform. You will help rethink the status quo and redesign operating models for entire industries.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of how businesses operate and ability to translate that into technical solutions.
- Relentlessly product-oriented. Obsesses over details to get the user experience right.
- Exceptional communicator. Equally effective running a room with junior employees or presenting to a CEO.
- Raw horsepower and tenacity. Will run through walls to deliver results.
- Willing to travel 50%+ to portfolio companies.
