About The Position
This position is responsible for reviewing/analyzing investigative findings, drafting complex administrative documents, conducting compliance conferences, and recommending disciplinary sanctions involving licensed professionals pursuant to the Public Health Code and Occupational Code, Michigan Administrative Procedures Act, and all pertinent administrative rules. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) software of any kind is prohibited in all areas of the selection process; including, but not limited to, responses to application questions, and responses to interview questions or exercises. Any applicant that is suspected of using AI software for any portion of the selection process may be screened out. Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service
- Submission of a cover letter, resume, a copy of your official college transcript, and a 10 page or more writing sample
