This position will support the maintenance and enhancement of the employer reporting systems and to define and test business requirements for system changes needed for ongoing operations. This position will assist with change initiatives related to wage & contribution reporting, as well as active member account maintenance. This position will work with the Application Support Team to define & deliver system changes. This position will be the primary trainer for internal technician staff as well as external customers. This position is a conduit for continuous improvement for the Employer Reporting process.
