Requirements
- Must apply through the NEOGOV system.
- Must be available to work any of the specified days/hours: Branch Operations Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Must pass a thorough background investigation.
- Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
- Must provide photo identification.
- Current legal name and date of birth on citizenship and identity documents must match.
- Spelling and date of birth must be an exact match on documents.
- If current legal name differs from birth certificate name, must show legal proof of name change.
Nice To Haves
- Experience equivalent to a Department of State Aide 6 (for 7 Level).
- Experience equivalent to a Department of State Aide 7, including one year equivalent to a Department State Aide 7 (for E8 Level).
Responsibilities
- Review requests from Michigan residents.
