Prepares and reports metrics pertinent to quality, finance, billing, and operations. Assists with provider onboarding, certification compliance, scheduling support, credentialing, and other practice related tasks.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or Business.
  • 3 years in a healthcare environment with experience in project coordination, data analytics, and hospital/prehospital operations.
  • Extensive computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the DOEHM Leadership to mine, manage, and analyze data requests.
  • Provides coordination and support for the DOEHM leadership for projects and initiatives.
  • Provides support to assign and track compliance with job-specific certifications, licensures, and merit-badge courses
  • Assists with annual provider evaluations, flu vaccinations, departmental databases, and other tasks.
  • Provide support and oversight related to departmental Policies and Procedures
  • Collaborates with departmental leadership to manage and coordinate strategic and departmental projects, goals, and initiatives.
  • Provide support and oversight related to provider credentialing, reappointments, and onboarding.
  • Evaluates and interprets collected data for data trends and variances and communicates information to department leadership.
  • Provides support and oversight related to provider scheduling and associated databases/software
  • Prepares reports utilized by departmental and network leadership for monitoring and decision making.
