About The Position

As a Department Manager at Von Maur, you represent the company and help uphold its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You drive retail growth by building and maintaining relationships, optimizing merchandising, and developing associates to provide top-tier customer experiences. You motivate and lead associates while also performing sales associate duties and meeting individual sales and account goals. The role requires availability for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
