About The Position

REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager (SDM) to coach and motivate store sales teams. As a key member of the store management team, the manager leads retail staff to meet business and service goals. The role calls for visible, energetic leadership that recognizes and rewards team members to strengthen engagement and collaboration.

The Department Manager helps create a customer-centric culture, delivers REI’s core standards and visual direction, and drives sales and service across channels. The role also supports an inclusive workplace where employees can contribute their perspectives and develop their potential.
