As a Cosmetics Department Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You drive beauty and skincare business growth by building and maintaining relationships, executing events, and inspiring associates to provide effective customer consultations and top-tier service. The role includes carrying out the duties of a cosmetics sales associate and being available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train, coach, and lead associates by example to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate.
• Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet department goals.
• Provide associates with feedback on service, selling, and account statistics.
• Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and department needs.
• Build and maintain relationships, execute events, and inspire associates to provide effective consultations and top-tier service.
• Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
