COSMETICS COUNTER MANAGER
About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to achieve their personal and counter goals. The role includes delivering cosmetics sales associate duties, developing customer relationships, and helping the counter meet sales and service goals. Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
