This role plays a key part in supporting both people and operations across the Information Technology department. The Department Administrator II will partner with leadership to plan and support department goals and initiatives, coordinate day-to-day operations, support budgeting and track financial activities, and assist with staffing processes, scheduling, and general personnel support. This position will also help ensure processes and documentation meet required standards, organize meetings, materials, and communications for leaders and teams, and contribute to clinical, research, or program initiatives by keeping projects moving forward. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to improve workflows and solve problems proactively.
