About The Position

As our Radiology Clinic Administrator, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping how care is delivered across our outpatient radiology center. This is more than managing daily operations—it’s about creating a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient while supporting a team that delivers life-changing care through advanced imaging. You’ll oversee a full range of services, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and with a strong focus on patient care. Requirements

  • Experience leading operations in a healthcare or imaging setting

  • Master’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role; or
  • Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role; or
  • Associate’s degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role.
  • Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive and high-performing work environment
  • Oversee the daily operations of the radiology center to ensure smooth, efficient care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
  • Develop and improve workflows that enhance patient experience, safety, and productivity
  • Manage operational and financial performance, including resource planning and budgeting
  • Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to align services with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead change initiatives
  • Ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and high-quality care at every step
