The opportunity is open to experienced dentists and 2027 dental school graduates preparing to start their careers. Dentists treat a wide variety of general dentistry cases in a busy clinical environment. The role offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and strong clinical and administrative support. Dental Dreams handles business operations so the dentist can focus on practicing dentistry. Dental Dreams describes itself as dentist-owned and doctor-led, and emphasizes high-quality care, support for its doctors, and expanding access to care for underserved communities. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an opportunity for up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and average full-time compensation of $290,000–$350,000+.
