Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Minnesota dental license or eligibility for licensure
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with a team
Passion for delivering patient-centered care and serving a diverse community

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care with full clinical autonomy
Diagnose and treatment plan based on patient needs and goals
Perform restorative, endodontic, fixed prosthodontic, removable prosthodontic, and surgical procedures
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of care
