The practice provides general dentistry in modern facilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. Dentists have complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. The practice is fully digital and paperless and offers mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee; the posting states average compensation for the practice ranges from $275,000 to $315,000+, and offers up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
- Serve patients in the communities Dental Dreams serves, including underserved populations.
