About The Position

Dental Dreams is hiring dentists, including experienced clinicians and graduates completing their studies in 2027. The company says it is owned and operated by its founding dentist and has spent more than 20 years making decisions from a clinician’s perspective. Dentists receive support, autonomy, and resources to provide patient care and build a productive practice in modern offices. Dentists treat a wide range of patients and cases across general dentistry. New graduates receive hands-on mentorship and training, while experienced dentists are offered autonomy and support to continue developing their clinical skills. The role includes complete autonomy over treatment planning, full patient schedules, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and continuing education and clinical development. Dental Dreams handles business operations so clinicians can focus on dentistry. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an advertised sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, and average full-time compensation of $290,000–$350,000+.
