About The Position
Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Family Smiles of Kingsville, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Kingsville, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced dentist seeking strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and the chance to grow in a supportive practice environment. Our dentists are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, enabling them to focus on providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting relationships with their patients.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in mentorship, professional development, and continued clinical growth.
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.
- New graduate dentists and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
- Practice with clinical autonomy while having access to mentorship and support when needed.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
