About The Position

Mission Box Solutions Inc. is seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Madison, Alabama. Compensation is $215,000–$500,000 per year, with the posting also describing average earnings of up to $500,000 or more.

The dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, educate patients about oral health and treatment options, build long-term patient relationships, and collaborate with and lead a clinical support team. The role includes administrative and clinical support, continuing education and hands-on training, and a defined path to partnership or ownership.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active Alabama dental license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
