About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist for Family Health Care in Cadillac, Michigan. This is a full-time position in community health, focusing on outpatient dentistry. The role involves providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including restorative dentistry, extractions, dentures, crown and bridge procedures, endodontic treatment, and preventive services. The Dentist will maintain continuity of care through an assigned patient panel and collaborate with experienced dentists, dental assistants, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The practice is a mission-driven community health organization that has been serving Northern Michigan for over 50 years, utilizing on-site medical and pharmacy services to support coordinated patient care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
  • Current Michigan Dentist License or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Commitment to providing relationship-based patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient dental care for patients of all ages.
