About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist for Family Health Care in Baldwin, Michigan. This role involves joining a well-established community health center that has been serving patients for over 50 years. The Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry in an outpatient setting, performing a wide variety of procedures including restorative work, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, endodontics, and preventive care. Patients are assigned to individual dentists, fostering continuity of care and long-term patient relationships. The position offers collaboration and mentorship with other dentists, with 1-2 dedicated dental assistants per provider. A medical clinic and pharmacy are located on-site for coordinated patient care.
Requirements
- Active Michigan Dentist License REQUIRED
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree REQUIRED
- Commitment to Providing Comprehensive General Dentistry
- Strong Communication and Patient Relationship Skills
- Team-Oriented Approach to Patient Care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry in an outpatient setting
