About The Position
MHM Solutions, a Centurion company, is seeking a Dentist to join their team at State Correctional Institution-Smithfield in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing comprehensive professional dental treatment to incarcerated patients, including routine exams, extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments. The role is for 37.5 hours per week, with consideration for part-time candidates. This is an independent contractor position with guaranteed compensation.
Requirements
- Graduation with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine from a school approved or recognized by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry.
- Successful completion of an approved U.S. residency training program; with emphasis in the Dental Medicine, with emphasis on preventive and corrective dentistry and hygiene.
- Possession of a current unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry.
- Possession of a current unrestricted certificate to prescribe medication from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency.
