Dentist- Up to $40,000 Sign on/Relocation Bonus
About The Position
Lake Dental is seeking an associate dentist for its relationship-driven, family-friendly practice in Palm Springs. The practice offers a calm, collaborative team environment focused on long-term patient relationships. The dentist will provide comprehensive dentistry and may expand clinical skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery, with mentorship from experienced clinicians. The established practice offers clinical autonomy, support, and technology including CEREC, CBCT, and digital imaging. The schedule starts at three days per week, with Fridays required, and may grow to four days per week within the first year. The practice offers competitive compensation, a retention bonus, a potential pathway to partnership, continuing education and mentorship, and a sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $40,000.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
- At least two years of clinical practice experience.
- Certifications required by the state, including CPR and DEA, as applicable.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, compassionate oral healthcare and use diagnostic skills to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being and long-term dental health.
- Contribute to a team-oriented, collegial environment by working with clinical and non-clinical staff as needed.
- Follow policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with current accepted professional standards.
- Improve clinical skills and knowledge through continuing education and training opportunities.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed.
