About The Position
Orangeburg Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its established, growing practice in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The practice provides comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry in a welcoming, technologically advanced environment and supports both experienced clinicians and recent graduates in their professional growth. Providers have access to modern dental technology, including CEREC and CBCT, and a broad range of clinical services, including periodontal and cosmetic treatments, pediatric and sedation dentistry, digital X-rays, laser dentistry, dental implants, and more. The practice offers a pathway to partnership, continuing education and career support, a collaborative team environment, and a competitive compensation package. A sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $40,000 may be available.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
- Certifications required by the state, including CPR and DEA credentials as applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of practice experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Examine and diagnose patients, prescribe treatment, and provide or direct others in providing oral health care that serves the patient's best interests.
- Contribute to a team-oriented, collegial environment by working with clinical and non-clinical staff as needed.
- Follow policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with current accepted professional standards.
- Improve clinical skills and knowledge through continuing education and training opportunities.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed.
