About The Position
The Center for Esthetic Dentistry in Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its patient-centered, technology-driven practice. The practice is led by Dr. Huddleston, who has more than 25 years of experience serving patients and refining his clinical expertise. The position is open to experienced dentists and early-career providers seeking mentorship and support. The Associate Dentist will practice comprehensive dentistry with clinical autonomy alongside a collaborative team. The practice uses advanced technology, including CEREC and CBCT, and offers a variety of dental services. The role provides opportunities for clinical and professional growth, continuing education, and potentially a pathway to partnership for doctors interested in ownership. An advertised sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $20,000 is available.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
- Certifications required by the state, including CPR and DEA, as applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of practice experience preferred; exceptional recent graduates with strong clinical skills are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Examine and diagnose patients, prescribe treatment, and provide or direct others in providing oral health care services in the patient's best interest.
- Contribute to a team-oriented and collegiate environment by working with clinical and non-clinical staff as necessary.
- Uphold practice policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with current accepted professional standards.
- Develop professional expertise through continuing education programs, with support and funding provided.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives as necessary.
