About The Position
The Dentist diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in a general dental practice model across mobile and fixed-facility settings. The role provides comprehensive general dental services to individuals and families on a continuing basis and may provide referrals to specialty care at certain locations. The Dentist supervises dental assistants clinically and continually verifies their clinical skills competency. At certain sites, the Dentist may also dispense pharmaceuticals from the clinic dispensary and serve as the laboratory director for tests performed in the clinic.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited dental school.
- Passing scores on the National Dental Boards.
- Licensed in the State of Nevada.
Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive general practice dental services to individuals and families on a continuing basis in mobile and fixed-facility settings.
- Provide referrals for a continuum of care into a specialty care setting at certain locations.
- Provide clinical supervision of dental assistants and continually verify their clinical skills competency.
- At certain sites, dispense pharmaceuticals from the clinic dispensary.
- At certain sites, serve as laboratory director for tests performed in the clinic.
