Dental Dreams is hiring full-time General Dentists, including experienced dentists and 2027 dental school graduates, for busy, established practices with strong patient bases and full schedules. Dentists have immediate patient and production opportunities, clinical autonomy over treatment planning, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and clinical and administrative support. The dentist-owned, doctor-led organization has operated for over 20 years and focuses on supporting doctors and providing patient care. The role offers a permanent daily minimum guarantee, average full-time earnings of $290,000–$350,000+, and an opportunity to expand access to quality dental care in communities that need it. Visa and permanent residency sponsorship are available. The organization handles business operations so dentists can focus on dentistry.
Requirements
