Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned practice operated by its original founding dentist and has been in practice for over 20 years. The organization provides modern, top-quality dental facilities and supports dentists with mentorship and training. It offers general dentistry services and focuses on providing quality dentistry to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. The role offers clinical autonomy over treatment planning and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Dentists are mentored by experienced clinicians and have a full patient schedule in a fully digital, paperless office. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average practice compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry services and treat patients’ dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
- Serve patients in the communities Dental Dreams serves, including underserved populations.
