About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in San Jose, California. This is an outpatient general dentistry role focused on providing comprehensive dental care for patients across all age groups. Requirements

Active California Dentist license REQUIRED (DDS or DMD)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience REQUIRED
Comfortable treating patients across all age groups REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

Experience with root canals, crown & bridge, and extractions preferred
Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities preferred
Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient dental services including exams, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventative care
Perform procedures including extractions and general dental treatments
Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and long-term oral health maintenance
Manage daily patient volume averaging 14-16 patients per day
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff within integrated clinical setting
Maintain patient documentation within established EMR workflows
