About The Position
Swish Dental is seeking a high-energy, fun Dentist to join its dentist-owned group practice and provide patients with a high-end experience. The practice sees PPO and fee-for-service patients, and its offices are described as brand-new and modern. The company is interested in dentists who want to grow with the organization and help create an outstanding culture. Compensation is a generous base guarantee or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher, with a stated salary range of $175,000 to $300,000 per year. The position is based in a clinical studio environment that may be noisy and distracting. Work may involve extended periods of sitting or standing and may exceed 40 hours per week. The role may include exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, sharp objects, harmful chemicals or gases, and the operation of machinery or power tools.
