Dentists perform all aspects of general dentistry and treat a wide variety of clinical cases, with complete autonomy over treatment planning. New graduates receive mentorship from experienced clinicians, a full patient schedule, modern technology, and clinical and administrative support while developing their skills and building their careers. The company emphasizes providing high-quality care to its communities and expanding access to care for underserved patients. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, and average full-time compensation of $290,000–$350,000+.
