Part-Time Dental Office Coordinator
About The Position
American Dental Solutions is seeking a patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to support our Endodontist or Periodontist across our Audubon and Trappe, PA locations. This role offers a consistent part-time 3-day ot 4-day schedule, $26/hr, performance bonuses, and the potential for full-time growth. As a key member of our patient care team, you will manage treatment planning, financial discussions, insurance support, and scheduling. Your communication skills and ability to build trust will directly impact patient satisfaction and case acceptance. You’ll work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients receive a seamless, supportive experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in dental treatment planning or front desk coordination
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable working between Audubon, PA and Trappe, PA offices
- Passion for helping patients understand and accept recommended care
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Discuss financial options, payment plans, and insurance coverage
- Support insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment sequencing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth patient experience
- Build relationships that support increased case acceptance
