Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign•Village of Spring Valley, NY
•$19 - $23

About The Position

Diamond Braces is hiring a Dental Receptionist, described in the posting as a Sales Specialist. This is not a traditional front-desk role: the position combines customer service, relationship building, and consultative sales to provide an exceptional patient experience and help drive office growth. The receptionist is often one of the first people patients meet and helps them understand orthodontic treatment and feel confident moving forward. The role includes building rapport with patients, leading treatment consultations, explaining treatment benefits, presenting pricing and payment options, responding empathetically to concerns, and helping patients decide whether to proceed. It also supports organized scheduling and office flow, and involves close collaboration with doctors, clinical teams, and office leadership. Dental experience is not required; orthodontic training is provided. This is a full-time position requiring evening availability, some Saturdays, and schedule flexibility. Diamond Braces describes itself as a fast-growing orthodontic organization focused on affordable care, patient experience, accountability, and employee growth.
