About The Position

Our state-of-the-art practice provides comprehensive dental services for patients of all ages, and we are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our dedicated team. If you have strong communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will: Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all patients and visitors Manage phone calls efficiently - answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls  Check patients in and out smoothly, ensuring all paperwork and records are accurate Verify insurance benefits and process payments with confidence and accuracy Organize and maintain patient records while upholding privacy and compliance standards Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, mail sorting, and document management Support the clinical team by maintaining effective communication and coordination At Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx, we know that a great front desk team sets the tone for the entire patient experience. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of dental office experience (Required)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous front desk or administrative experience (Preferred)
