As our new full-time Dental Office Receptionist, you will be at the heart of a customer service team dedicated to helping patients of all ages brighten the world with their perfect smiles. You will work Monday through Thursday, with one Saturday shift per month. As a Dental Office Receptionist, you will begin with a smile as you greet patients and create a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. You will answer calls, schedule appointments with our doctors and hygienists, and verify insurance eligibility to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll process payments and coordinate the flow of patients throughout the office. Your tech-savvy skills will come into play as you assist with basic social media awareness, helping to keep our community engaged. In this administrative role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our mission of delivering outstanding dentistry services and creating beautiful smiles every day.
