About The Position
Sage Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to join its team in Valrico, Florida. The role is suited to candidates with management experience in a fast-paced dental practice, particularly a group or multi-dentist practice. The manager will lead and build the team, implement office policies and procedures, maintain efficient operations to meet performance goals, and coach staff while resolving staff and patient issues. Requirements
- At least two years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice; multi-dentist experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of dental insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, and fee-for-service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
