About The Position

This role blends hands-on marketing execution with strategic growth leadership across multiple practices. You will serve as a key driver of patient growth by strengthening referral relationships, executing local marketing initiatives, and using data to guide decision-making. Unlike traditional single-office marketing roles, this position supports five specialty practices, working closely with doctors, practice managers, and leadership to align marketing efforts with production goals and patient demand. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, or field-based roles

  • Experience with social media management and content planning
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing including Google Ads, SEO, and reputation management

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with general dentists and referral partners across the Chicago market
  • Execute consistent outreach including office visits, events, and follow-up communication
  • Identify and prioritize high-value, emerging, and at-risk referral partners
  • Support doctors in strengthening key referral relationships through coordinated touchpoints
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across all five locations
  • Drive patient acquisition through referral marketing, digital channels, and local initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute events such as lunch and learns, community outreach, and referral activations
  • Ensure all locations have consistent, up-to-date, and brand-aligned marketing materials
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and vendors (PPC, SEO, website, creative)
  • Manage agency performance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Review campaign performance and provide strategic direction to optimize results
  • Partner with agencies on budget allocation, reporting, and ongoing improvements
  • Track key metrics including referral trends, patient volume, and campaign performance
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to doctors and leadership
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on performance and business needs
  • Oversee accuracy and performance of Google Business Profiles, websites, and online listings
  • Own and manage social media presence across locations, including content planning, posting, and engagement
  • Coordinate with doctors and teams to capture content that reflects patient experience and clinical expertise
  • Partner with agencies or internal resources to execute paid and organic social strategies
  • Monitor and improve online reputation and patient reviews
  • Partner with Practice Managers and doctors to align marketing with scheduling and production goals
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to prioritize growth opportunities
  • Support onboarding of new referral partners and maintain long-term engagement
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets across locations
  • Evaluate ROI on marketing initiatives and recommend optimizations
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources to high-impact activities
