About The Position

The Dental Insurance Verifier verifies and documents participation status with insurance companies and umbrella organizations, and makes follow-up calls to address specific issues or requests. The role also supports client communication and account administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, maintaining client records, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables. The position is work from home and is a night-shift role. Applicants located anywhere in the Philippines may apply.

Requirements

Experience working with U.S. dental insurance companies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and a client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of dental insurance verification experience is preferred.
Background in project management or customer service is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Verify and document participation status with insurance companies and umbrella organizations.
Make calls to follow up on specific issues or requests with insurance companies and umbrella organizations.
Perform related duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
Assist with client communication, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
Maintain accurate client records and update account information in Google Sheets for shared updates between clients and the Account Manager.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for external clients to maintain progress within their processes.
Prepare paperwork, including contract applications and letter requests, for assigned accounts.
Handle routine client inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
