About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist to work as a trusted oral health provider and clinical partner to the doctor. The role offers autonomy to assess patients’ oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and provide patient education in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. The position supports nearby offices in Mohegan Lake and White Plains, New York, and is scheduled three days per week with flexible days. Hygienists typically see five to seven patients per day. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour, plus an uncapped incentive plan. Benefits and incentives may vary by independently owned and operated location and may be subject to terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
• Maintain a valid, non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance, or be eligible for coverage under the employer’s fleet insurance program if assigned a company fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Assess patients’ oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients.
• Use digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage schedules and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
