About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is looking for Dental Hygienists to join our Flex Force internal temp pool. Flex Force gives you the flexibility to work when it fits your schedule while staying connected to a supportive, patient-focused organization. This is a great option for hygienists who want more control over when they work without committing to a permanent full- or part-time schedule. Flex Force puts you in control of your schedule. When GEDC offices need temporary hygiene coverage, available shifts are shared with our Flex Force hygienists. You can choose the shifts that work for you based on your availability. There is no requirement to commit to a specific number of hours or shifts, and there are no guaranteed hours. Whether you're looking to pick up an occasional shift, supplement your current schedule, or maintain flexibility while deciding what you want next, Flex Force gives you options.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Current dental hygiene license, or license-eligible, in the state where you wish to work
- Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams
- Reliable and professional approach to patient care
